FROM WHAT TIME IS THE ROOM AVAILABLE ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL AND AT WHAT TIME SHOULD IT BE VACATED ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE?

Upon arrival, the rooms are available from 15:00.

On the day of your departure, the rooms must be vacated before 12 noon.

However, luggage storage is available for customers who arrive earlier or who wish to leave Narbonne a little later.

OPENING HOURS: WHAT ARE THE BREAKFAST HOURS?

Breakfast is served Monday to Friday from 6:30 to 09:30/07:00 to 10:00 on weekends, holidays and school holidays.

OPENING HOURS: IS THE RECEPTION OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY

Yes, the reception is open 24 hours a day.

DOES THE HOTEL HAVE ROOMS ADAPTED FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES?

The hotel has 3 rooms accessible to PMR (person with reduced mobility).

SERVICES: HOW LONG IN ADVANCE CAN I CHANGE MY RESERVATION?

Flexible bookings are changeable/cancellable up to 3 days prior to arrival. Other types of reservations can be modified under certain conditions depending on the formula chosen.

No, our hotel is 100% non-smoking. Outdoor smoking areas are available.

SERVICES: CAN I COME AS A FAMILY WITH CHILDREN?

We are very happy to welcome your whole family, adults and children are welcome, but we only have 2 triple rooms. You will therefore have to book several rooms if you are a large family.
The whole team will do their best to place you as close as possible to each other.

Yes of course, your four-legged friends are welcome. A supplement of €15.00 per night per animal will be requested.
Please let us know their presence as soon as you book, in order to give them the best welcome.

Do you have parking?

We do not have private parking, but we offer 2 options: Public parking located in front of the hotel at a reduced rate of 18.00€ per day (free from October to March) .Secure underground parking spaces at the back of the hotel at 25.00 per night.

DO YOU HAVE BABY COTS?

Yes we can install a baby bed in your room, an additional €10.00 will be requested upon arrival.
